At King Bee Games we pride ourselves on our service and hope that you will never be unhappy with any aspect of it. However, if you do wish to make a complaint then please feel free to contact us by phone or email and we will ensure that your concerns are fully investigated and dealt with promptly. Shipping & delivery


At King Bee Games we are currently only shipping games to the UK and use either the Hermes Courier Service, or Royal Mail's Second Class Post.


We aim to ship all orders either the day we receive them, or the following day. During the run up to Christmas there may potentially be short delays in dispatching goods due to the volume of orders, but we will always do our best to ensure this does not occur.


The delivery rates we charge are based upon the total weight of the games you buy and are automatically calculated at checkout:

0 - 1 Kg £3.75
1 - 2 Kg £4.25
2 - 5 kg £7.00
5  - 10 kg £9.00
10 - 15 gb £11.00


We will confirm by email that your games have been shipped once they have been dispatched.



Refunds & returns


King Bee Games fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2014.


If you are not satisfied with your goods and inform us within fourteen days of receiving your order, you may return them and we will give you a full refund on the price of the games if returned in a re-saleable condition.


Please note that we are unable to accept the return of games that have been opened, as they are no longer classed as being in a re-saleable condition.


You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.


If the goods are damaged or faulty, please retain the packaging and contact us.


We will ask you to return the damaged product to us and we will replace them and pay you for the cost of return postage as confirmed by us. If we are unable to replace a product, we will give you a full refund including the cost of return post.
